Since 1992-93 and the journey till date, the department aspires to become a centre for excellence. The motivated faculty had been adept at following holistic approach to impart inputs so as to encourage all round personality development.

Vision 

Vision of the department remains to blend academics with contemporary needs and thrust on ever changing requirements of Business, Trade & Industry. Our students should be able to cope up with the management dynamics, sound theoretical base and practical outlook.

Objectives 

• To facilitate educational inputs in consonance with the syllabi of G.N.D.U.
• To facilitate educational environment to students to sharpen skills based on strong theoretical fundamentals.
• To pursue a more holistic approach with a strong emphasis on Personality Development & Communication Skills.
• To facilitate strong faculty student interaction by encouraging wider participation of students.
• To raise Professional Competence of students to enable them to pursue academic pursuits or job placements what so ever.
• To provide strong milieu for the faculty development as per changed dynamics.
• To encourage use of latest tools and techniques to provide theoretical inputs.
• To provide exposure to students through practical training in the form of industrial visits and educational tours.

•     The department has dedicated, qualified and experienced staff. The teachers are ready to help the students on continuous basis.
•     The department caters to the needs of rural folk and suburb dwellers and is working hard for the up—liftment of girl child and helping her to be financially self—reliant.
