The
Resource person for the Seminar was Mr. A.K Trivedi, former Head, Department of
Geography, DAV College, Jalandhar. Mr.Trivedi, while addressing the students,
made an applausive effort to motivate the students to choose Civil Services
Examination, conducted by UPSC, as a Career option. He further added that it is
the most prestigious examination in the country and it is the right age for the
students to think about their Career prospects in a serious manner. He also
explained the eligibility criteria of the Exam in a comprehensive manner.
Mrs.
Alka Sharma, Head of Department and other faculty members of the department
were present on the occasion. The vote of thanks was given by Mrs. Shikha Puri.
Overall it was a motivational and knowledgeable session.
