COMMERCE CLUB FELICITATION CEREMONY FOR THE SESSION (2024-2025)

 On 26th April 2025, the PG Department of Commerce and Management of PCM SD College for Women, Jalandhar conducted a Felicitation Ceremony of the Commerce Club for the session 2024-25. The Felicitation Ceremony was organized to honour and recognize the outstanding achievements of our students and celebrate the remarkable accomplishments of the prize-winning students, acknowledging their hard work and dedication. Dr. Mrs. Pooja Prashar, Principal, graced the occasion and presented trophies to the students for their hard work and year-round contribution to the PG Department of Commerce & Management.

A total of 131 trophies and certificates were given to the achievers and winners comprising - 47 office bearers and executive members, 25 Inter-College Competition winners, and 59 achievers of various Competitions like - Theme-Based Poster Making on Viksit Bharat: India 2047, Digital India, and Your Startup Dreams, Slogan Writing on World Tourism Day, and Visual and Virtual Marketing Bonanza, which included – Collage Presentation on ECommerce, Sales Promotional Tools, E-Posters Designing, and E-Logo Designing. The students who participated and brought laurels to the Department in various Inter-College Competitions were also felicitated. It is worth mentioning that the students of the PG Department of Commerce & Management have achieved a remarkable feat by winning the overall trophy at HMV Utsav for the second consecutive year. This back-to-back championship demonstrates our department's consistent excellence and dedication to success. Madam Principal encouraged the students to always remember the values that the college has instilled in them, which will help them fetch a life embellished with success. Exhorting the students to continue with their pursuit of excellence, Head of Department, Mrs. Alka Sharma, congratulated the members of the Commerce Club. Overall, the ceremony was an enjoyable and motivating experience for the students.
